DEVELOPMENT

Acquired in early 2006 this development project overlooking the marina has planning permission for six large apartments. We intend to use a new prefabricated timber frame method of construction for this project which should ensure that the building is water tight at a very early stage. With the Olympic sailing coming to Weymouth in 2012, we anticipate a strong demand for these flats once completed.
