Acquired from EDF Energy, this development site comprises a 24,000 sq ft de-commissioned primary electrical sub-station. The site is occupied by a three-storey 1950's brick building with substantial basement areas beneath office, depot and storage space. Located close to Charlotte Street and Tottenham Court Road and known as "Noho", the area is now a sought after part of the West End in which to live and work.

The existing buildings will be demolished to enable a new mixed-use scheme of residential, office and medical consulting space amounting to approximately 35,000 sq ft.
