This office building of 7,500 sq ft (750 sq m) is a Grade II Listed former warehouse that was converted into offices in the 1990’s. The building has been refurbished and sold on a floor-by-floor basis to owner-occupiers in a process known as strata selling. Change of use from office to retail (A1-A5) was approved on the ground and basement floors and a pre-let arranged.
