This 15,000 sq ft 1930's office building was bought unconditionally from the Fishmongers’ Company. Planning consent was achieved from the Corporation of London for change of use from offices to residential on the upper floors, and retail use on the ground and basement. The ground and basement floors have been let to Tesco and William Hill.
