Over a 5 year period in the 1990’s Artesian acquired more than 8 Listed period buildings in Brighton and Hove which had either been run as hotels or bedsit operations. All of the buildings were completely redeveloped to create a total of over 150 first time buyer’s flats which were initially held for rental but were eventually all sold. Most of the buildings had splendid views out to sea whilst the remainder were only a short walk from the seafront.
