This development consists of 25 apartments arranged within two buildings at the heart of Covent Garden. The scheme encompassed Turner House, a newly constructed building and Chadwick House, a late 19th century building. The original brick facades with sandstone detailing were reflected in the style and proportions of the new construction. At ground and basement levels two restaurants were created totalling 15,000 sq ft.
