Harlequin Court is a development of 42 apartments just south of Covent Garden’s Piazza, concealed behind the facades of 3 individual period buildings and centred around a courtyard and water garden. Stainless steel and frosted glass interiors placed some of the apartments at the cutting edge of modern design, whilst cornices, architraves and walnut floors in the Listed building reflected Harlequin Court’s origins. The apartments were sold on long leases to private investors and owner-occupiers before Artesian sold the freehold interest.
