42 Kingsway was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869-1944), an architect responsible for numerous commercial buildings and monuments in London. The building, comprising 7,017 square feet of office space on 5 floors, was refurbished preserving original period features and installing the latest in business technology. The building was sold to Cancer Relief for their own occupation.
