53 Davies Street is a group of buildings including a Grade I Listed Mayfair mansion that were occupied by the Grosvenor Estate for more than half a century. The buildings were comprehensively refurbished to incorporate the latest technology and formed part of the Five Star Argyll Business Centre group.
